As someone from Texas it's wild the thought of using an AC at that temp, 77 is what I set my AC to during the summers lmao
also just noticed that you're in philly! we should meet up!
My thermostat hovers around 72 but the way my houses HVAC ducts are built the bedroom is the last stop so almost no cold air makes it that far
