Having almost been homeless a few months ago if it hadn't been for the kindness of a friend, yes... a lot.
Side thing: do you ever stew in anger about how much baby boomers fucked everything up for us
I live with 9 other people and we're trying to move, and every time we look at houses we just froth at the mouth with anger more and more and more. it's so dire
My partner and I were lucky enough to buy a house before the pandemic, and every single other group visiting the 10+ houses we looked at were landlords. Theyβre a scourge on the earth.
Oh, all the time. I work in law, so my entire day is dealing with people receiving six-figure checks from dead relatives and selling property to investors so they can buy even more property. It sucks.
I once had a landlord that refused to deal with a rat problem which I had to solve by myself. So yes
