does anyone know how to get my member id number from blue cross blue shield massachusetts if i haven't received my insurance card yet? i have scripts that are about to renew and it still has not shown up

at least with my insurer there's a thing on their web site where you can view a digital copy of your member ID card, and that's got all those details on it
zac can't see mine, and i can't sign up for an account w/o a member id
hmm, dang
I think your best bet is probably (unfortunately) to call up their member services number and ask if they can look it up
