ive had this a few times, restoring from backups (in the general tab) seems to fix it lol
its probably two or three less clicks to fix it this way, but really my saved layouts are still there they just disassociated from the monitors they're supposed to be on
oh yeah well multi monitors on windows is always fun, especially if you have 3 physical monitors and one more-or-less virtual monitor that you stream to a laptop via ethernet lol
