I don't care about free lunch or the poker and chess leagues, but the one cushy perk that's super convenient that I'm really coming to rely on at my job is I can schedule a mechanic to come pick up my car after I get to the office, take it to his shop, fix it or inspect it or do an oil change or whatever, I call them to pay my bill, and they drop it off back here before the day is over.
It's by far the most useful perk, especially since finding a decent mechanic can be tough.
