I was going to ask @staff for a bookmark feature, but then I remembered. This is literally a website. My browser has a bookmark feature. 15 years of app design has broken my brain

i guess
like, i hate how twitter does it bc it's dependent on the device rather than your account
i like having in-service bookmarks personally - i hate managing the context of my bookmarks
Nothing's been optimized for Netscape Navigator in 15 years either. Co-incidence? I think not.
Somehow this is the fault of the AOL / Time Warner merger
reading this made me realize that there's no inherent way to change yr handle on here
which is why those sorts of bookmark functions make sense? having a link to the original regardless of any handle changes.
huh.
Even on Twitter, changing your handle doesn't break links! The handle part of a tweet URL doesn't matter, only the tweet ID. That's why I can do this: https://twitter.com/barackobama/status/1545469454795956225
