I was baffled as to how anyone could be accidentally quick sharing on mobile when 90% of the time, for me, the page just scrolls with my finger.

But I just figured out if I drag my finger off the share button then to the left, the page stays put so I can track to the quick share label. Now I don't have to be confused about why it works sometimes AND I can understand how, even if my fingers don't do that naturally, someone else might do it by mistake, since your thumb moving across a screen might make an arc path.

Edit: ok dragging my finger left doesn't always keep the page from scrolling but I'm having a way better success rate, I wonder if it's a speed thing?
