When I made those yorkshire puddings the other day a bunch of ghee+beef fat spilled out of the muffin tin as they rose, the remainder is now on the floor of my oven, burning off, as I try and cook some chicken thighs.
maybe it'll impart some lovely flavor to the chicken i don't know but what i do know is there is alot of smoke and a box fan trying to expel it into the backyard out a window that needs to be replaced very badly.
