October CMS doesn't install even if I change the PHP version
Winter CMS, however, I'm having better luck with, even if there are some roadbumps (if you install to a subdirectory for the purposes of testing you'll have to edit the .htaccess file to reflect that or get mysterious Internal Server 500 errors)
