Unlike what I was used to at my last job, our laptops live at home and are only for remoting into our desktops. So I got to work, jiggling my mouse didn't do anything, so I tried to turn my computer back on and couldn't.
Looked under the desk, and sure enough my fucking power cable was gone
Had to go into a conference room so I could ask about it in the HelpDesk chatroom.
I also feel like I did about a month's worth of production support in about five hours today.
