Thanks! I could get it to work for some shots, and mostly the painterly ones. Slowly posting the pictures makes me appreciate the results.
The camera is weird in a way that my other cameras aren't. Writing to disk is slow, so I have to really pick the right moment. Anything with fine detail will not photograph well. So not the ideal camera for exploring the unknown, but well suited to give a different view on a familiar area.
