EDIT: Solved!! Turns out PhysX was the culprit here. Runs much better now. Thank you!
I’m trying to play Mirror’s Edge on Steam deck, and I’m noticing that whenever glass breaks into particles, performance nosedives and doesn’t recover. Even if I die and restart at a checkpoint.
So I’m stuck in a glass building where a bunch of Blues show up and keep shooting and it drops to 1 or 2 fps and it’s unbearable. Probably going to have to abandon this one :/
