The company the makes the software I use for my job has the worst infosec I’ve ever experienced. They replied to me and included the entire report ticket in the reply with the names of everyone currently logged into the system. and they have almost the worst customer support. But yahoo small business still holds that crown for making me wait on hold for 4 hours when I was trying to convince them to hand over my dead boss’ domain rights.

I don't know! I'm genuinely curious how they function - they also do payroll software which is just terrifying 😦
