fighting game design has come a long way. Here's something fucked up from Fighting Vipers 2.
So, uh. This is a unblockable mid that guarantees a string into 30%. Do I have this right?
1st clip is just me holding guard. 2nd clip is me holding guard, then switching to low block for the low kick. 3rd clip is attempting to armor the initial kick.
Is this just a "BM is busted, don't pick him" scenario? Or is FV2 just like this?
I think this might be the former, as I've poked through a few other movelists and not found anything nearly as egregious, but FV2 is an older game with a tournament scene not well populated in this side of the world, so the full extent of dirt in this game is still unknown to me.
