and that’s why there will never be another standalone VF game. VF5US exceeded expectations by just about every metric and Sega has decided to just cede ground in the 3D FG space to Tekken, presumably because you would have to have a deathwish to try and contest any space that Bandai Namco holds a de facto monopoly over
