there seems to be some weird quirk with the notifications api where the follow notification counts a) don't seem to extend past certain dates and b) are wildly inaccurate within the date spans they do represent. it's less noticeable on some of my other pages where the delta is only a dozen or so across a few hundred followers, but on this page it's off by well over a thousand.
