this site is definitely the worst for any type of artist. no way to track engagement, no way to know who or what is interacting with your posts, and posts get buried faster than ever. normally artists on other platforms are able to make shitposts or just funny ones and still be able to promote their platforms. tumblr especially, was really, really fucking good at it. get one post to be the most popular on a tag and you'll get likes and reblogs for YEARS. this site has none of it though. i never see old posts circulate on here.
