basically use a VPN so your ISP doesn't bite you in half, and I recommend using qBittorrent for torrenting
the problem i'm running into rn is that i can't install plugins on qBittorrent because my internet provider has blocked a bunch of torrenting sites. not sure how to work around that, is that something vpn's can do?
vpns typically can allow you to access sites that your isp block from what I remember, at least they did back when I was in middle/high school lol
