i guess? but it's a rather insidious case with the HTML interfacting because attributes are only rendered in lowercase regardless of what the actual object properties are. the only property that you would commonly see this on is className, except for the fact that className is simply reduced to class in the inspector view. and this is further complicated by the fact that the dataset-based attributes handle camelCase by separating the words with a dash instead of just making them all lowercase, which would reenforce the assumption that className is a special case, data- are a special case, and all other attributes are just lowercase.
