Currently awaiting an email response from support@cohost.org, but as far as I can tell, it seems that some silent changes were made to the cohost API sometime this week. It doesn't currently seem to affect any of the published chutils modules, but the in-development share tree module and the experimental monolith module are non-functional for the time being.
