not at all to the same scale as e3 obviously, but i've been to one of these at my local library! it was a pretty good while ago tho, 2017 i wanna say? they set up in the conference room where we would usually hold anime club meetings and brought out a crow, a couple different owls, three different falcons, and a vulture.
