learning to sew is one of the most dangerous things you can do. you walk into the fabric store "just to pick up a Single button because i didnt see the pattern im currently sewing wants one" and then youll walk out with yet another multiple meter length of a cool fabric you saw on the discount rack and you dont even know what you would do with it but it wouldnt be too hard to make it into a skirt or something but for now it goes into the pile of 15 other fabrics you also found on the discount rack for the past year!!! LOOK at this im in love yeah its a very specific seasonal print but its GORGEOUS i love the tove jansson-esque colors and the landscapes and the little animals. i havent had the energy to sew anything other than the morally obligated niece and nephew presents for over half a year now but i need to find the strength this summer to start making myself stuff again
