The list of games that are playable on a Mac M2 is hilariously random and specific. The Sims 4 (of course), Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (NOT any others also it'll crash), Rise/Shadow of the Tomb Raider (NOT any others), the whole (!) Metro series, Dying Light ONE (haha gotcha actually it'll get stuck and never actually start the game), several but not all Larian Studios games, a handful of indie titles made in multi-platform engines that simplify Mac builds, and so on.
It makes sense, given that Apple has gone through several phases of pretending to care about gaming. Apple says "we really care about games this time, pinky swear," which prompts a few developers to give it a go, then Apple's like "haha j/k lollllllll" and neglects game support for five or so years. Then starts the whole cycle over again.
