…wait why is 4% background usage a problem. i think that's about what i have on my desktop? it's just that i use that desktop for videos game and so it pretty often hits 100% when i'm actually using the system at high intensity
wow germany still has 3G.... where i am in US 3G was removed and replaced with deadzones where u have no cell service at all dotting the entire region making calls unreliable
