I ran into trouble figuring out how to best support CSS 2 in a by-hand-written page, as it was not clear to me what elements were legal in CSS 2 and which were added subsequently, nor could I find this info online in a form a non-webdev like myself could easily digest.
So! Going to give this recommended Web 1.0 editor a try and see how it goes!
