hey y'all, I do want to point out one more thing about keeping bug reports and feature requests to the support forum: it lets staff look at work when it's work, and hang out here with the rest of us when it's not. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure every member of staff knew what they signed up for, the load's never completely off their backs, but we can do just a little better to help them keep a work/life balance, can't we?
