My local library is doing a reading challenge, and one of the prompts is "self improvement or DIY" - I think I'll read this for it!
oh I think that's such a good choice!! It also has a "shortcut" version built in for folks with attention or energy challenges.
I also want everyone to know it may be at their local library for free! (I read like five pages then bought a copy)
