well, I'm already migrating off chrome, android, and gmail so if someone in there is doing this to wound them, I applaud them, otherwise it doesn't seem to be working
i had a pair of bluetooth earbuds that would sometimes lose connection to my phone if i slept on them a certain way.
i first experienced it in the middle of the night, when i woke up to realize i had been listening to harsh static with occasional music cutting in briefly. and in that loopy groggy state i felt like i was in a waking nightmare until enough of my brain had turned back on that i could figure out what was happening and take them off. suffice it to say i no longer sleep with those earbuds on,
i also FREQUENTLY think about, like, what if someone put a 1 in 100 million chance that their app or whatever does a jumpscare. like if you watched an album on spotify with a guy in the album art, the guy could hop out of the square and come right up to the screen and scream at you from the little infotainment screen in your car and make you crash. if i worked at a tech company i would put this into an app. (though ideally not one that runs in a car.)
