i have to keep the cats out of my room due to allergies, but i made the mistake of letting our "permanently tiny 10-year-old baby who absolutely fucking requires a lap to be in at all times or she'll DIE" in for pets a couple times and now at some point almost every day she comes by my door and just starts yelling and yelling, and if i leave a door open even a crack she'll force her way in and start jumping onto my couch and tangling herself between my feet when i try to walk around
and like it would be a fine problem to have if not for the fact that everywhere she goes she leaves an impact crater of black fur that causes my eyes to explode if it gets in them, and i have to do a full fuckin monsters inc decontamination scene and burn all my clothes and sheets after each petting session; so i just can't be doin it every day, let alone the multiple times a day that she wants... she got 2 hours of lap time today and still just keeps coming back demanding more!!!
