I cold brewed some decaf coffee aiming for a 1:8 ratio by weight (ended up in two separate jars but one was 1:7 and the other 1:9; close enough, probably) and it made some good-ass concentrate enjoyable with milk.

I did have some ratio anxiety since online recipes are like “I dunno, 1:4. Or 1:10! Or 1:3 by whole bean volume. Or 1:13 if you wanna make coffee not concentrate.” The vagueness just gave me jitters (much like some cold brew) so I quiet-yelled a little and then recruited @tekgo to help calm me down and together we managed to accomplish the tasks of starting (yesterday) and decanting (today).
