i will probably put the gemtext parser & gemini requester code up on the asset library when i can be bothered, its pretty nifty i think. in the meantime you can grab the addon from the sillybrowser source code if you really care
if you dont know, gemini is this alternative protocol to HTTP meant to be as basic and simple as possible. theres a buncha reasons for why but mostly it just means it serves only text files in a very basic markdown-like language instead of HTML

its not 100% done yet, none of the gemini pages get cached yet for example (but its fast enough that it doesnt really matter) and i need to do some general code cleanup since ive been writing this since like this morning and i slept maybe an hour last night. oops
