its about 50 messages a second. my bot is going to EXPLODE if it scales even a little bit

for every post, Chittr sends:

• a reply to you, to confirm success
• a message to all of your followers
• a message to every discord channel that binds the global feed
• if replying to a thread, a message to everyone who posted above you
• if making the post in a server, a message to you to keep your history

mostly a shitpost, Chittr¹ is a microblogging social media inside discord
You use it through slash commands in both servers & DMs
currently it has:

• following users
• posting
• replying to posts
• binding the global feed to a server channel
• not enough notification settings
  the Chittr bot will DM you if anyone you follow posts, or if someone follows/replies to a thread you're in.

Before i put it Out There:tm: i gotta. add some moderation tools.
you cant block someone and theres no bad words filter and i have no way to ban someone or handle reports or anything

thats been fine so far because its only in a couple servers with normal people, but especially with the global feed binding itd be trivial to broadcast 1 million slurs to all servers that have that enabled

also sidenote, python async still sucks ass and this wrapper has Bad Docs. its just like back in the day :')
