sent a ticket regarding a bug with alt text display on my phone, went back to the post containing the bug, found a more egregious example, sent a follow up ticket for the sake of comprehensive coverage. forgot about it a bit until i opened my inbox to this delightful response from @staff (@aidan) that has just made my entire day?? like i don't think i've ever encountered website support staff that talked like real people instead of preselecting responses from a fridge poetry set until coming to cohost, this isn't the only example i have lying around in my inbox. its a small touch but it makes the site feel a lot more friendly for lack of a better term
