you probably could if it doesn't have much logic, but you'd need to create a custom renderer that emits everything in terms of <details> tags which would be just. a ridiculous amount of work
you couldn't do anything that relies on user input that's more complicated than clicking. (so, text input, etc.). also, the generated files would get very big very fast, since you'd have to include a copy of the storyline for each choice that the user can make.
EXTREMELY INTERESTING ANSWERS to what was probably a stupid question and i love that for us all
with some insane CSS trickery you could make it so that each choice doesn't need a seperate copy of a storyline. but i think there are lots of things that would be a better use of your time.
