How the heck does it discourage combat. I don't understand
I think the idea is that if you fight every bokoblin you come across in the overworld, you'll quickly destroy all your good weapons and be stuck with clubs and sticks.
But you got to use your good weapons! That's what they were for!
These people were discouraged. You can't say they weren't discouraged!
