I mean, just look at him!! He's a detective, but with a BUTT for a head! And every episode, he defeats the culprit by FARTING on them! What more could you ask for!?!?

It's a hugely popular series of children's books and TV shows, so someone must have tried to pitch a localisation to the rights holders, but I guess nobody's managed to get a contract going
