this has been funded for a while now! it reached the goal surprisingly fast (just over a week after it started) - perhaps even surprising the devs themselves.

they have added some last-minute new tiers with a cd soundtrack (including arcade, dreamcast, 360, and yes, even the i-mode version music! no ps2 soundtrack because the assets for that seem to have been lost), a t-shirt, and an invitation to join the exelica VA on stage at TGS this sept.
there are also two extremely last-minute new stretch goals: 5 mil yen for a special launch event, and 10 mil yen for a port to "another platform (planned to be PC1)." It's at almost 4.5 mil now so i think they will get the first stretch goal, but with the campaign ending this weekend, i doubt they will hit the second one... i hope they will still consider a pc release though but who knows what will happen

  1. there must be some kind of legal or otherwise esoteric reason why they have phrased it in this roundabout way but i find it slightly amusing

in reply to @dog's post:

I'm looking forward to this!

I hope they make a PC version too (considering their Shikigami no Shiro rereleases came out on Steam too) but I'm guessing we won't hear any news on that (if there even is any) until the crowdfunding campaign is over

in reply to @mojilove's post:

looking at it again, this seems to be one of those "we were going to release this either way"-type campaigns, so I expect they'll probably release a PC version regardless of whether they do or don't hit that goal

yeah, i do hope so. they seemed to have gotten a strong response in this campaign, especially considering the release wasn't riding solely on its success (but i do wonder how many people were aware of that)
