radirgy 2 is coming out on december 7 2023!

i think there will be an official announcement next week, but the website just got updated with the release date
this is the same day as dodonpachi daioujou rinnetensei!

i am going to be insufferable in the lead-up to release, as well as a few months following release too (i'll be streaming it if i get any decent chunk of time to play it) - forgive me

for as relatively infrequent as they are, it's a little strange that so many big JP STG releases have overlapped over the last few years (not that I can remember any off the top, but I feel like it's happened at least once a year since the Switch launched)

BEEP officially confirmed the release date, with one new, crucial detail: it'll include a port of OG Radirgy! I kinda suspected this was coming, given they've made it sound like Radirgy 2 is built directly off the original NAOMI code and not a brand-new game, but it's nice to get a confirmation. Orders open next week.
