So, who else here has a Demo in the Steam Next Fest? My game Virtue's Heaven is in it, but it would be cool to know who else here has games in it. Maybe we can share links and play other folks Demos?

The Steam Next Fest doesn't start until Monday, but that doesn't mean that you can't already play the public Demo of Virtue's Heaven! Go ahead, fly through the air, hug your dog and punch the Enlightenment until it explodes!

You can play the Demo on Steam, and while you're at it, why not also put it on your wishlist as well? That would be cool!

I will yell about this more come next week, but I just wanted to let you know that Virtue's Heaven has a new Demo out on Steam! Been working really hard on this and I hope people will have good time with the game!

A few weeks ago I added these special attacks when you initiate what I now call "Radical Mode" in Virtue's Heaven. During playtesting over the last few weeks I realised however, that as cool as this one attack is, it might be cooler to have more of them. So now, as long as your energy meter has charge, you can keep doing these attacks, but each one depletes a huge chunk of your meter. And running out of meter will cancel radical mode, which will cost you whatever benefits it gave you.

The kinds of attacks you do, depend on which conviction your have equipped and the sequence in which they appear corresponds with the sequence you have them equipped (the first slot corresponds with your first attack, and so on). Also the damage each attack does, increases the later in that chain it is. Right now, it's horribly unbalanced, but that's okay.

Anyways, have you put Virtue's Heaven on your Steam wishlist? I heard it's the cool thing to do right now.
