Yesterday
I spent most of yesterday dealing with onboarding paperwork, new developer setup, and so on for my new job. My coworkers all seem solid and the developer chat is extremely not-chattery, which is nice. It also appears that there's no standup, which is good, because talk about a ritual which does NOT move the needle AT ALL for getting things done, and just serves to break up the day into smaller, less usable chunks...
Today
I woke up really late still feeling tired. My body is probably fighting off the sickness that Smallbun already has, and I haven't quite succumbed to that assault.
I carried laundry and clipping the cat claws from yesterday, along with tidying the deep storage again, and choosing a monthly dessert.
As for the rest of the day, well, reviews have been butchering my additional free time, so we'll see how things go and what I can fit in.
Feelings
I feel pretty good, just wish I didn't also feel EXTREMELY tired.
Goals
I made it through the New Hire stuff for my new job, so marking that off. If I have time for leveling and tilling the first terrace, I'll do that today, but only if I have time after my daily drills, chores, and a visit to the rockyard.
