Yes! Chocolate 3D printers exist, though they tend to be a bit pricey and from what I'm aware, they are much harder to use than a normal one, but they do exist https://all3dp.com/2/chocolate-3d-printer-all-you-need-to-know/
But really what you're looking for, but the first 3D printer I ever heard of mine 15 years ago was the candyfab that prints solid sugar to make candy shapes!
