my least fav thing on cohost is when i follow a game’s tag and the entire tag, for pages, is nothing but streamers announcing their stream.

I've never actually deleted a post on Cohost and don't know what that interface is like, but presumably, sure. I wouldn't expect it to be hard to do.

At present, though, not everyone is doing that. So what options does the website leave you with? Currently, you can make posts/comments asking other users to delete their posts or use tags differently. And if they ignore you or don't see your post, then what? Then nothing. The site doesn't give you any particular options besides personally getting into fights about it.

It doesn't have to be that way.
