if microsoft does pivot to just developing/publishing games and gets out of the console business, it’s gotta be said that their insane naming schemes at least partially did them in. xbox one, xbox one x, xbox series s, xbox series x, who the hell could make sense of this nonsense? i couldn’t and i’m a terminally online gamer
