bro i simply cannot grasp the passage of time any longer. i find myself increasingly unmoored from the fabric of reality

i started watching the bear a little while ago. watched the first episode, it was good but nothing really happened. watched the second episode, it wasn’t good and nothing happened. i’m sick of shows being like this. if you’re gonna have insanely short seasons every single episode needs to be off-the-wall banger scenes back-to-back. nobody needs 5 minutes of sad divorced dad being a sad divorced dad when we only get 8(!!!) episodes per season. pathetic. absolutely god awful lighting too, im seriously sick of everything looking like washed-out sludge. my review of the series: 0/10

not to put any fans on blast but: checking the tag shows several people posting about that episode (somewhere in season 2 afaik) and yeah that’s another problem i have with shows these days. you get thru a bunch of utterly forgettable nothing episodes and you’re rewarded with some version of the red wedding: a big, dramatic, shocking episode that you can talk about with those in the know…. im old, im tired, i dont mind filler but for god’s sake make it something worth watching

i was prepared for a lot of stupid shit but somehow goku and krillin becoming the blues brothers and going to las vegas really floored me
