Uleni Heleran
Uleni Heleran is a Dark Elf mage who sells spells and spellmaking services to all who need them at the Mage's Guild in Wolverine Hall near Sadrith Mora.
During the Gateway Haunting quest, many people (including Uleni Heleran herself) claim that she offers Conjuration training, but she does not, in fact, offer any training whatsoever.
