Aeta Wave-Breaker
Aeta Wave-Breaker is a Nord commoner who can be found just to the east of Caldera. She wears an expensive shirt, skirt, both gloves, and shoes, and carries 200 gold.
Her family heirlooms have been stolen by some notorious thieves and she wants somebody to retrieve them for her.
