Briring is a Nord barbarian and Trooper of the Imperial Legion. He is located in the Skyrim Mission in Ebonheart, guarding the door to ambassador Heidmir's room.
He is wearing a Nordic ringmail cuirass, Nordic fur boots and common pants, and is carrying a dragonscale tower shield and a steel battle axe.
