Admiral Rolston
Admiral Rolston is a Breton Mage who can be found in the ToddTest test cell.
ToddTest is only accessible through the console, using the command COC "ToddTest". ToddTest, like the name says, is used as a debug room where almost every aspect in the game is tested.
Admiral Rolston is a reference to Ken Rolston, Morrowind's lead designer.
