Anis Seloth
Anis Seloth is a Dark Elf alchemist who has a shop in Sadrith Mora, where she sells all manner of alchemy supplies. She has the largest restocking supply of ingredients anywhere in Vvardenfell, including sload soap, needed for a Telvanni quest.
Rumor has it the Mages Guild is interested in a certain formula for a dispel magic potion she has, but she's not likely to give it up easily.
