Bivale Teneran

Bivale Teneran is a Dark Elf clothier who has a shop in the Ald'ruhn Manor District. She is also a spy for House Hlaalu, keeping an eye on the affairs of House Redoran. She is one of several merchants in the city who has a problem with Ienas Sarandas's outstanding debts.

She is expecting a delivery of shirts.

"I am a clothier. I make clothes and sell them. Of course. I make clothes with style and distinction. My clients are either discerning nobles or merchants or commoners with exceptional taste... and financial resources."

Dranas Dradas

Dranas Dradas is a Dark Elf drillmaster and a member of the Camonna Tong found outside the Balmora Council Club.

He wears bonemold greaves, bonemold boots, a bonemold left bracer and a bonemold right bracer, with common pants and an extravagant shirt.

Urul gro-Ghorak

Urul gro-Ghorak is an Orc knight and owner of the Ghorak Manor in Caldera. In addition to himself, his home also houses four other Orcs (among them the sculptor Duma gro-Lag) and the mischievous scamp Creeper. He has little respect for Duma's sculpting, and mostly likes to use his pieces for throwing practice.

He wields a rare ebony longsword. He also wears the only guaranteed Dire Sparkbolt Ring in the game (all others are found as random loot, although it is quite common).

Neel Gymont^[TR]

Neel Gymont is a Breton painter from Wayrest, who lives with a servant in his own apartment in Old Ebonheart.

Despite being an admirable artist, he has become addicted to skooma, which gives him inspiration for his work.

"Have you ever seen the delicate shading of rainbows in the shadows after a good dose? Or the requisite curvatures or multiple dimensions to an otherwise simplistic vase? That is what skooma does for me. I need it to perform to my best! If you will get me some, I will see what I can do for this client of yours."
